The form will ask about your medical history and current skin concerns, which will help us tailor our treatment approach to your unique needs. Be sure to check your email (and spam folder!) for the forms, and fill it out beforehand to ensure you’re fully prepared for your upcoming appointment.

Your appointment will start with a thorough consultation where our experienced team will listen to your concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan just for you. We’ll explain the treatment process and answer any questions you have to ensure you feel confident and at ease throughout your appointment.

FAQ

We understand that sometimes things come up out of your control. However, we kindly request a 24 hour notice before any cancellation. Otherwise, a $100 no show fee will be taken from your payment method.

All consultations are $50 each, which will be applied towards any treatment or purchase during your appointment.
